Cute, clean and comfortable

Liked: If I wanted to film a 90s romcom, this hotel would be perfect. Super charming. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. It's on a main road, but it feels cozy and quiet. We even got daily maid service, which I though was a thing of the past.
Disliked: The online pic of the family room seems to show two rooms. Maybe there's more than one. Ours had a small entry room just big enough for shoes and luggage. The main room had all the beds. No big deal. It was still spacious by London standards.

Great value for money.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the tube. Very good value for money.
Disliked: There’s no lift so I imagine walking up to the 3rd floor might be a problem for some.

Very easy check in, streamline...

Liked: I really liked the easy of access to the room and front entrance. It was all very streamline and a great experience from start to finish, I would recommend staying here especially on trips alone! Would recommend !

Great experience

Liked: Excellent location, close to metro, bus, coffee shops, supermarket. Easy to check in and check out, friendly staff. Nothing to complain about, would stay again.
