Superb

Liked: We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit – thank you! The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location near the tube, restaurants and food shops; room very clean and the staff was really kind.
Disliked: The room was too small for the 3 of us... really not enough space for anything. The building is nice and clean even though it doesn't seem a real hotel. It's ok if you only sleep and stay out all day.

Liked: clean and perfect for a 2night stay in London
Disliked: Air con unit could have been a bit cooler but there was also a fan so it wasn’t too bad

Overwall I had a good...

Liked: The location near the underground, the cleanliness of the room, the staff very friendly and kind.
Disliked: The lack of minimum facilities such as: a fridge, air conditioning, an iron…it was very hot in the room .

Another good stay at the...

Liked: We were welcomed at reception and the reservation was confirmed immediately even though we had two separate bookings [a two night with and added one night booked later] We recieved a messaged response to confirm no room change.Compact room [21] with a good bathroom and shower with towels and toiletries.Enough wardrobe space, sockets and USB. The supplied fan was an absolute must during the very hot weather.Cool, crisp sheets - no need for duvet but stored in wardrobe space.Very good location a 10 minute walk to the busy Hammersmith bus and rail stations and pubs etc.Some good pubs and restaurants very close with a Tesco across the road and a similar walk to Shepherd's Bush.

Liked: The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They put my food in the fridge on request. The bed was comfortable. Facilities in the room were good.
