Lovely value for money. Great...

Liked: Nicer than we were expecting for the price we paid. Nice clean room and ensuite. Comfy bed. Perfect location for our plans. Friendly polite and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing that stands out.

Room great for a night...

Liked: Location was good for what we needed and the cleanliness off the room was excellent.
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected. En-suite was small so quite difficult to move around in especially if a guest was of a larger size. Room did have air con but wasn’t great however a fan was in room which did help.

Fine hotel to sleep

Liked: Wasn't too far from tube station, felt clean, quiet even though on a busy road
Disliked: Nothing really, did us perfectly as we went to Sparks concert at the Apollo so was nice and close

Great staff, welcoming and helpful,...

Liked: The location for my visit into Hammersmith was perfect, it’s also got a great range of cafes and restaurants close by do great for a quick meal or catch-up with a friend.
Disliked: The stairs, but it’s London

Liked: Friendly staff, not far from the centre of London. Perfect location for our visit to Queens tennis

Such nice people, they did...

Liked: Great location, VERY clean, super lovely staff. No aircon, but great to be able to open windows so wide and a fabulous fan!
Disliked: Bed was very hard, but they did kindly give me an extra duvet to try and soften. TV didn’t work and fixed after 3 days.Shower took over 5 minutes to heat and the water pressure was like a drip.

Great stay, friendly staff, highly...

Liked: I can't speak highly enough of the staff! We arrived very early in the morning off a flight from Canada and they were able to give us a room straight away. We then had a small issue with the lock on our door and they fixed it instantly. Each staff member we saw throughout our stay was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and eager to help. The room itself and hotel location was perfect for 2 friends staying a couple of days in London. Would absolutely stay again!
