Disappointing Stay – Not Worth...

Disliked: We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel for several reasons:1. Zero sound insulation. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms and the hallway, which made it hard to get any rest.2.Heating/AC not working. The heating system was completely non-functional. Despite setting it to maximum, there was no airflow at all. My spouse ended up getting sick due to the cold room temperature (we found out that it doesn't heat only in the middle of the night).3.Poor bathroom/toilet design. There’s only one sliding glass door that alternates between the toilet and bathroom. It doesn’t fully close either space, offering no sound insulation or privacy. It's uncomfortable and impractical. You can be sure that your partner will hear every sound during you business in the toilet.4.Ineffective mini fridge. It took nearly 12 hours to slightly chill a single bottle of beer (the fridge was already cold at arrival). Not useful at all.5.Unclean bathroom. The trash bin hadn't been emptied — it even had a used Nespresso capsule, despite there being no Nespresso machine in the room.6.Hidden parking fees. Parking costs 16 €/day, which is not mentioned on the website or during booking. Most hotels on Booking.com clearly state whether parking is free or paid — this one wasn't stated as paid.7.Noisy, poorly located rooms. Some rooms (like mine — 105) are right next to the elevators. Given the lack of soundproofing, it was impossible to sleep from early morning due to foot traffic and elevator noise. If you're staying here, request a different room right away.8.Lack of bedside power outlets. One side of the bed had no power socket, and the other had a strange covered outlet that looked more like a switch.

Liked: Good value for the price, the staff was nice, the area was quiet, easy to get to city center by public transport, the room was big and comfortable.The only weird thing was that you have only one sliding door for the shower and the toilet (they are separate), but in the end it was still ok, just weird as I haven’t seen this before :)But overall a good location for the price!
