Very impressive

Liked: The hotel was really impressive, especially the stairs up to reception (I will attach a pic) or use the lift if you prefer. Location was brilliant - right on the Altmarkt square and I had a view of Kreuzkirche which was just at the other end of the square.

Good

Liked: It is already a small city, so it is located right in the center of the city. You can walk everywhere. Room facilities were quite adequate.
Disliked: The blonde lady with glasses who attended to me at the reception during my check-in responded to a simple problem at the payment section in a very rude manner and gave unnecessary reactions. I think I can attribute this to the fact that Dresden is not a cosmopolitan city.
