Disliked: Was not aware that it was Launceston Race day. There was a dj playing downstairs til the early hours of the morning.

Liked: Did not have breakfast. Would like management to know that all staff gave exceptional service . Was very warmed by all their attention. Dinner was very enjoyable as was music
Disliked: The stairs were sticky where some thing had been spilt. Could have been hazardous because shoes were sticking to stairs

Great value, comfy property in...

Liked: Location was excellent in the heart of Launceston CBD with shops & eateries all within walking distance, including a fabulous bistro & bar within the property itself (extra expense). Room was very comfortable and clean and ample space for a single room that I booked. Bathroom had everything I needed. The property allowed me to store my luggage for early arrival, and had an easy self-checkout with a key deposit box for my early morning departure. Friendly and helpful staff anytime I needed assistance.
Disliked: The shower head was only big enough to let out a stream of water, not a proper spray so wasn't the best shower but did the job.
