Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The pillows were terrible and when I discovered this, it was too late to ask for any others.I requested an early check in if possible, they wrote me back way in advance to assure me that if the room was available we could check in. However, when I aged about this at the desk, she assured me NO check ins before 3pm.

Great location, awesome staff

Liked: Lovely property in the heart of Wiesbaden. Staff is very cute and helpful, the restaurant was a great place to enjoy delicious food. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable!

Great location, stylised rooms, friendly...

Liked: The hotel is very well located within a walking distance to the central train station, main sights etc. It offers free sauna and gym and rooms are equipped with various pleasant amenaties such as a coffee machine, a microwave, a fridge and a complimentary in-room bar. The interior is done with the style and flare.
Disliked: Rooms are on a smaller size which would have been fine if there were a bit less furniture (eg extra chairs), which I kept bumping into (despite being a petite lady). There's an unnecessary threshhold into the bathroom with the sign on the door - mind the step (obviously I saw it too late:) A double bed would have benefitted from a double size mattress rather than 2 single size matresses and 2 duvets on a smaller size.
