Stanza Hotel

Great value and comfort for...

Liked: LOCATION. Fabulous location and walkable to amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, Metro, spa. It felt very safe to walk, even at night. It was relatively quiet at night so street noise was not an issue. Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice and always present in the lobby. Rooms had safety deposit box and air conditioning. Water pressure in shower was good. Great value for the location!
Disliked: Rooms were a bit dated... Older furniture, bathrooms, etc. Bed was comfortable but a little squeaky. Room and bathroom was a bit cramped but we didn't spend much time in our room. Noise from hallway, other guests were loud at night but not too bad. Adding a mini fridge to the rooms would have been nice

Liked: I loved the location. Roma Norte is safe and easy to walk around as a tourist, has many restaurants and bars, and still is green and not too loud. The hotel is right next to a small park. It is an easy Uber ride into the city centre. We also walked to Condesa.

Liked: - Good price/quality balance for a stay in a safe neighborhood in Mexico City- Assisted us with our inquiries.
Disliked: - We found hairs of previous guests on multiple locations in the bathroom on arrival.- Staff wasn’t really proactive to meet our needs/greet us. They would only act when being approached face-to-face
