Liked: Liked location near Golden Gate Park. Hotel interiors were lovely.
Disliked: Loading and unloading the car near the entrance was marginal. The parking is a bit of a hassle.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the hotel was kept very nice
Disliked: No screens on windows. Had window open to air out room while we went to dinner and had many mosquitos come in

Liked: Breakfast was fine and free wine hour appreciated
Disliked: My room had one tiny window. The bathroom window didn’t fit properly. As a result both rooms were cold.

A comfortable stay

Liked: Location, transportation, friendliness of the staff
Disliked: There was a pervading stale odor that I believe emanate from the carpeted floors. Carpets absorb all kind of odors and they should be vaccumed and shampooed frequently or replaced by a different type of material. The first room I was assigned had a stained carpet with a strong odor and I was given another room that was acceptable. the bathrroom, bedding and furniture were OK
