Liked: Location and having breakfast, was basic, but didn’t have to go find, tea/coffee and cold water vending machine was okay till there was no cold water available, was a great strip of restaurants around the corner, tried different one each night. Easy access to train and bus
Disliked: Shower was a little tiny, but we coped.

Apart from the room and...

Liked: Location was good for where me & my friend were visiting in London (ie: Buckingham Palace/Royal Mews) which was a 15min walk. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean with a nice shower to go with it.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was adjacent to the road so it was noisy & if the weather hadn't of been as hot we'd have shut the window, but that said I don't think that would have made much difference. The fried breakfast was a little disappointing, as all you got was fried eggs, beans and sausage, toast was included probably asking too much but possibly add bacon & mushroom to the breakfast too :) You did have cereal as another option and I think to have breakfast in the basement was not appropriate. It is a shame they didn't tell you that work was being done at the time of booking. We did tell reception quite early that the TV wasn't working in our room. We were told that they would try to get someone to come & look at it, but no one came to look & weren't communicated too.
