Liked: Given an upgraded fabulous downstairs room always a good start. Overall very good, location beautiful, very dog friendly exceptionally helpful staff, breakfast waiter in particular could not do enough for us. Wonderful period property, beautiful terrace with great views, very good food, great service.
Disliked: Could the management do something about the sun in your eyes between six and seven in the evening when sat out on the terrace? Then again that could be asking a lot. Had to put that in as it is all i could find fault with, beautiful hotel and very well looked after.

Liked: They upgraded us without requesting which was lovely.
Disliked: I did request a letter to be typed out for my wife for our anniversary and they said they would definitely accommodate this but unfortunately this wasn't done.

Liked: A very pleasant, spacious room and a comfy bed. Very good quality food.

Liked: Beautiful, lots of parking, very comfortable spacious and clean rooms.
Disliked: The staff were lovely and very welcoming but the entrance desk and untidy room behind the desk gave the wrong impression of an otherwise very tidy and clean hotel.
