Pleasant and comforting

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly. My husband was in the hospital for surgery, and while I stayed with him through the nights, it was so nice to have a clean, comfortable room to keep my things, shower and nap. They were very understanding that I may need to extend my stay, and offered to help in anyway. The location was convenient as well. I would recommend d the Stanford Motor Inn. Liked: Staff was great. Although limited, the breakfast snacks & beverages were adequate for a busy working morning.
Disliked: Fresh coffee and fruit would be nice.

Liked: The check-in clerk was super friendly and helpful. He made the entire experience better than expected. The location is an "old school" motor inn property that's been nicely updated. Very clean and neat. Very close to Stanford Medical Center without the ridiculous pricing. We would stay again.
Disliked: The price of everything now days is so high. But that's not this locations fault, but we feel the pinch nevertheless. Please consider adding a few high protein bars into the complimentary breakfast and some water too.
