The front desk staff made...

Disliked: Don't stay here. The front desk staff is incredibly unhelpful and chose to make threats and literally call us names instead.Had made two reservations on consecutive days and wanted to merge them since it was for one room. The front desk staff refused to help merge them or so much as call a supervisor to see if it would be possible. It was an immediate no and threatened to not check us in and also not refund the money for expressingdissatisfaction with his service and the lack of helpfulness. We hadn't checked in. There wasn't an I'll try or a let me call. It was just a no and threats and name calling. After calling a friend who is local, they expressed a very similar experience and recommended we find another place if possible. 0/10.

Disliked: If there was one thing I didn't like it was that the hot tub was out of order ,I don't do pools no more the only thing I was looking forward to was that hot tub

Liked: The staff is great. We had a large group and they were very accommodating. Alejandra was awesome! The pool was an added benefit to help unwind from the day. ART bus picks you up right outside the property.

Decent stay still can lots...

Liked: Spacious rooms , close to Disneyland
Disliked: Not a lot of options for breakfast. Need to add more variety
