Disliked: First impression was a dead rat on the sidewalk going into the facility.Second thing no information about me at the check in desk. Luckily I had confirmation number…Noisy neighbors, and the worst thing the elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up seven flights of stairs, a few times…

Liked: The beds slept great and the room was huge as well as great location, however !
Disliked: The hotel is run down and desperately needs upgrades including a vending machine.

Disliked: Stay far away. I arrived at midnight the elevator didn’t work and they stuck me on the 7th floor. I was forced to carry my suitcase up the stairs. When I entered the room was 89° temperature. I guess you have to stick your room card in for the AC to work so if you ever leave and return, your room is going to be extremely hot. I took a shower and as I stepped out of the shower into the bedroom I got a shard of glass in my foot. then I looked and saw that there was shards of glass on the floor. After getting into bed, I noticed all of his hair on the sheets. They had obviously never changed the sheets. This place was disgusting. The room smelled like a dog kennel. The next morning, I had to walk down seven flights of stairs passing two tweaking drug addicts to tell them that I am checking out of this place. He offered me a late check out, which was there version of compensation even though I’m leaving at 7 AM before final checkout. I asked to speak to corporate or whoever privately owns this and they would not provide information. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve been too in my lifetime. Thanks for the late check. Really kind of you to make things right.

Liked: Our family didn't like anything about the hotel.
Disliked: Horrible, old and ugly building, breakfast on a small table. As for the payment: very expensive and they still ask for a security deposit. Not worth it.
