A comfortable and convenient family...

Liked: We had a pleasant family stay. The location was very convenient and made it easy for us to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our trip relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it offered good value for money.
Disliked: The facilities were decent, though a few areas could be updated to make the experience even better.

Comfortable but needs improvement

Liked: Location and size of room good breakfast was good and staff were good
Disliked: The check in times was was too long and disorganised and room service options were not good for late orders after 9pm it was terrible

staff failed to mention it...

Liked: Location was really good
Disliked: the hotel is quite old. So all the taps in the room were rusted and borderline looked mouldy. The bed had hairs in it and when we told staff they didn’t care nor believe us? Tried to accuse us of it being our own hair…
