Liked: The property was so clean, room was spacious and so comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The property is really well located within the city area.

We enjoyed the location of...

Liked: The location was close to good dining and shops. Easy short walk to tram stops.
Disliked: The bed was unstable. Our TV was not working properly. Kept loosing picture and turning off every five minutes or so. Very frustrating. Electrical light switches and power points need maintenance. Power point in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. Toggle switch for light fitting was falling out.Housekeeping replaced two dirty towels with one clean one. We had two people staying in the room. They didn’t replace the empty tissue box either. Had to request towel and tissues through reception. Breakfast was ordinary, hot food was always cold. Bar area and restaurant is too small, can’t fit many people in. Even with the small bar and dining room, staff numbers seemed to be too low to offer good service.

Great location, excellent staff.

Liked: Got upgraded to the larger room after multiple requests made and initially advised there were no larger rooms available.
Disliked: Our friend called up and paid for a dessert and champagne package but somehow her note wasn't included and the letter stated it was a gift from the duty manager.
