Great location, wonderful staff, not...

Liked: The location is great! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our bed was not comfortable. The pool area was very messy and dirty with tons of towels and cups out.

Great stay at JW Marriott...

Liked: Hotel helped us to check-in earlier. It was a great hospitality after long-hours flight from Bali. The staff were very friendly. The location was close to good restaurants and walking distance to Port and other tourist destinations
