Good

Disliked: Sent thru authorisation for credit card guarantee rang 830 morning of stay i was formed everything ok then got told Authorisation for Guarantee was wrong and it should of been ticked for everything then had to try to find $100 for guarantee dont understand why it had to be ticked for everything when accomadation was paid separately

Good footy weekend, good location,...

Liked: Location was great, staff was good, good value for money
Disliked: Needs a revamp, bathroom especially, no Foxtel, was told would be a daily credit if room is not cleaned but because we had the do not disturb sign we forfeited that cause the cleaning staff didn’t come in the room, no sense, no big deal but maybe communicate it better

Being Our first trip to...

Liked: The Location is great right in the centre of everything and easy access to Trams, Restaurants, Cafes. The room is good, is clean, spacious and service was great, staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The Room could use another chair at the desk/area if you have room service and there are two of you only one person can sit there and also it could do with a little more lighting in the room. The only disappointment was the Terrace Garden Restaurant was only open for breakfast and not lunch.

We’d be happy to stay...

Liked: We arrived early ready to store our bags for the day, but our room was ready and staff happily checked us in. The location was great and public transport options were readily available nearby. The room contained everything we needed and was spacious. While facing a main road outside, noise was not an issue at all overnight. Staff were friendly and helpful and while we didn’t need it, it was good to know they were available 24/7.
Disliked: Beds were a little harder than we’re used to but didn’t stop us from getting a good rest.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Great location.
