Liked: Having a mini-bar as my arrival was too late to go out.Excellent outlook to esplanade from breakfast room. The general decor is looking tired and the rotating entry door very heavy to push.
Disliked: No pizza on the room service. Coffee machine at breakfast not working for espresso. Only option was to buy one and wait. Either serve fresh at the table or ensure the machine works.

Liked: Awesome location and access to everything was easy and convenient
Disliked: The hotel was clearly quiet and we were offered an upgrade to an ocean view room however at a cost of $60 extra per person. If the rooms are available then why not just upgrade. If it wasn’t mentioned, we’d never know. Just thought gone are the days of caring about guests, just a money grab. We didn’t upgrade. Also for not requesting for room to be made up during stay, we were offered $10 food/drink voucher. Pretty sure that you’re saving more than $10 with a room not requesting housekeeping.

Liked: Great location with views of Glenelg beach and jetty. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit too cool and didn’t seem to change when we tried to adjust it.
