Perfect for our needs

Liked: Great service in front desk, house keeping , front door, everyone! And room was always serviced early in day which was great, never once did we return to our room nit being serviced which was great.
Disliked: Just other guest with kids jumping in the spa so we could not use it, there should be rules about kids not doing this for other guests to use the pool snd spa too.

Disliked: Amenities average, feels kind of stingy to give cheap quality tissues and one soap. Room service menu limited. Dining options inside hotel limited. Not much on offer for early breakfast requirements. Restaurant enquiry line rings out. Apparently heated pool not available. Insufficient coat hangers. Only two moveableNo drawers, just open shelves, mirrored cupboards a bit of a pain to usePillows very uncomfortable and too high, bedding thin for middle of freezing winter so needed heater on high - not very eco friendly Omg - noise from air pockets on balcony sliding door!! Seals need to be fixed!!! Balcony door also very heavy to move Feel like hotel could be a much more luxe experience with a few small tweaks. No bathrobes - wow. One pair of slippers for a twin room.
