Liked: We only stayed overnight the rooms were very good, the breakfast was excellent.

Liked: Beautiful place, clean and really nice pub and restaurant, polite staff and helpful, even though there was a function going on you couldn't hear it from the room
Disliked: was a little noisy in the room next to the stairs, everyone up and down and banging doors till 2 O'clock in morning, not a lot can do about that, pictures on booking.com wasn't anything like the room we paid for

Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful Grounds

Liked: Lovely Hotel and room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Beautiful grounds and pond/fountain.I would definitely recommend a stay here.
Disliked: I could hear everything from the room next door. From late evening and in the morning, I was woken on both times by the neighbours. I was so looking forward to enjoying the peace and quiet from the room when the neighbours left..it was beautiful..until straight after they left (9:30), the cleaner came to clean that room and all I could hear now was the floorboards again and noise. I came out to the countryside for peace and quiet.The walls are very thin. I’ve stayed in approx 200 hotels since lockdown as I travel with my work and this is one of the noisiest from the neighbour room.
