Disliked: The staff have a very low level of English proficiency.

Liked: The general ambience about the hotel and the music theme/vibe throughout.
Disliked: Our own fault but we were too late booking and all the suites were booked out. In saying that the room we stayed in was still fabulous.

Disliked: Impossible to have a normal café in the morning, (not the breakfast free coffee) the bar and the lobby bar has no staff even the opening hours are indicated.

Rude staff and not clean.

Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: Rude staff, low quality cleaning (found stain of vomit and hand on the door), room wasn’t ready on time so waited over 4 hours to check-in, till 7pm.
