Liked: Staff was super nice and helpful as much as possible, fixed the TV issue right away.
Disliked: They unfortunately couldn't place us in a different room so ours could have been shampooed because the smell of vomit was very heavy despite the good cleanup they had done because we couldn't see a stain. They had 2 weddings in town and understood the situation and they tried using additional scent th8ngs but wasn't much help but appreciated the effort

Liked: The location was great, it’s directly next to a lake where you can swim, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The room was very clean, and every day you get fresh towels and new toiletries for the shower.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room didn’t include a coffee machine or a water heater. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, you had to log in constantly, and even then it rarely worked. The walls were also quite thin, so you could hear noise from other rooms easily.

Disliked: Toilet was clogged and went and got a plunger but wasn’t working. The toilet was like that before we used it. Needed to be looked at something was down there.
