Liked: Historic charm right downtown Petoskey; within walking distance to gaslight district and Bayfront Park; the decor, the food, the smells…outstanding!
Disliked: Not a thing!

The staff were amazing!!!

Liked: The Easter brunch was wonderful & the breakfast was outstanding - a great value too!
Disliked: I needed a boost to get in bed. Way too high.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Disliked: I felt the sofa in our room could use an updating. It was not really that comfortable.

Liked: We liked the location being very close to shops and Bear River Tail. Staff are nice. The renovations were updated, yet didn'tose the old style feel. Room was tidy and nicely decorated. All areas visible to the public are very clean. Nice view of the Lake
Disliked: Too much cold air from the door wall. Door didn't properly fit the door frame to the hallway which caused a lot of hallway light and noise from guests to come through to the room. Soft beds caused us to wake up with sore backs. TV is small. For the cost of a night's stay, complimentary breakfast should have been included.

Great, front desk and maids...

Liked: We slept in, didn’t make it to breakfast. We apologizes for missing breakfast. We did see the breakfast area, very beautiful. We had supper down in the bar, it was very good, enjoyed the atmosphere.
Disliked: The please was very beautiful, we enjoyed staying there and would stay again. Honestly the only issue I can think of is the parking lot is a little tight.
