Great location, bit dated overall…

Liked: Price & location, staff pleasant, could leave car for a few hours after checkout.
Disliked: Guest noise, lift didn’t work properly, didn’t appreciate paying for parking. Floor wasn’t clean.

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: Being charged for a breakfast that I couldn’t enjoy due to leaving before the second breakfast. Staff could not delete or reimburse payment for this breakfast as I had pre paid.

Great location and value

Liked: Excellent central location close to the park, old town, shops and trams stops. Being in a comfort room meant we had proper air conditioning which kept the room lovely and cool while it was 30C outside.
Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities in room but was a fridge. Lovely lounge area by reception but no bar.

Exceptional

Liked: Impeccably clean in spite of eco- friendly cleaning policy. Great location close to Schloßberg & city center. Spacious room.

good stay when travelling

Liked: Good place for a stopover when traveling, nicely situated in the city center, so good for food and drinks. Rooms are clean and have all you need for 1 night . Staf is friendly and nice. Parking might be an issue when the garage is full, we managed to park right in front of the hotel. Was slightly moer expensive but it was good. I would go there again next time!

Superb

Liked: Cosy room and modern bathroom, comfy beds, location 5min by food from market
Disliked: Delayed check in ; welcome could be better, lift out of order ( our room was on the 3.floor )

Great location and value but...

Liked: Great location. A short walk to the cathedral and old town. Close to tram stop and the park.
Disliked: Rooms hot as no air conditioning. Step up in to the shower was dangerously high and the shower rose fitted too far forward so that the shower door hits it. A mini fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Had a nice lounge but no bar or drinks available so have to go across the road to sister hotel in the evening
