Disliked: This hotel dares to call itself 4 stars? What a joke. From the moment we entered, it was clear that this place has absolutely no idea what hospitality means.The room was filthy — dirty bed sheets with hair all over them, and the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This is not just disappointing; it’s disgusting for a hotel that claims to have any standard.But the absolute worst part? The receptionist named Yemen. Without a doubt, the rudest and most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. No greeting, no smile, no “please” or “thank you” — just an attitude as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay. If he hates his job this much, he should leave it.And as if that wasn’t enough, another receptionist during a different shift sat there glued to his phone, not even bothering to acknowledge guests walking in. Zero respect, zero professionalism.This hotel’s staff desperately needs serious hospitality training. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for free.

Disliked: On checking out dealt with an ignorant man on reception. My card was not making payment because machine was not working properly, was very slow to connect anyone could see the Internet connection was not working properly, but he insisted I use another card or pay cash which I did. He also told me he had more important things to do than waste time on me, the PAYING guest .Management give your staff a lesson in good manners especially the bearded man on reception. .
