Disliked: There were roaches in cabinets. Shower curtains kept falling down because weren't secured. Bed was disgusting. Staff was rude and very late to let us into our room even though it was payed for previous that night.

Liked: The only things I liked was the proximity to the Highmark Stadium and the highway
Disliked: Dirty bed linens, damaged unrepaired areas of the room, receptacles with the covers missing, some receptacles didn’t work. At check in they only had me registered for one queen bed room, when in fact I’d reserved two, two bed rooms. It took some back and forth to figure it out. Bathroom fixtures were in poor condition. We overpaid for the two rooms compared to what another guest had paid. Disappointed that we appear to have been ripped off because we were staying the night before an NFL game and that we’d booked in advance.
