This family-run B&B is set in 6 acres of farm woodland and gardens with panoramic views across the Peak District. There is free Wi-Fi plenty of parking and the center of Buxton is 1.5 miles from the building. The house features a large spacious breakfast room. A breakfast buffet is served in the morning with full cooked options. Rooms at Staden Grange are uniquely decorated and come with a flat-screen TV. Each also features facilities for making tea and coffee and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy walking and exploring around the woodland where a range of natural wildlife can be spotted or relax in the garden. Nearby Buxton has a pleasant mixture of Georgian and Victorian architecture and is home to Buxton Opera House.

A hotel which need a...

Liked: The individual rooms off the main hotel
Disliked: The decor of our room was so outdated, the toilet and shower room extremely small, and you had to be really tall to reach the sink which was on top of a cupboard in the bedroom- bizarre!!The breakfast was nice but the room could have been laid out better.The drive way down to was also full of large potholes

Very enjoyable. Would repeat.

Liked: Well appointed self-catering facilities. Comfy bed. Peaceful. Wi-Fi.
Disliked: Access road not good for car's suspension. Patio etc. needs some tlc.
