Hvac Nightmare

Liked: No cost parking. Only 25.00 credit card hold. Staff was nice
Disliked: The air failed to function properly our entire stay making sleep hard to find. The room got up to 80 degrees at one point. It wasnt the most comfortable stay by far in the florida heat. We went to the front desk and was told it was hotel wide and they were working on it. It never came on. We were on the 3rd floor meanwhile other family members on the fifth floor experienced temps up to 84 making our stay balmy and restless. One occupant(not related) moved rooms 2 times and still had hvac issues. For over 200.00 bucks I wouldn't stay again. Highly disappointed 😞.

Liked: Good location and value for the room itself.
Disliked: The pool had trash at the bottom, pool was not heated and was advertised as heated, bathroom door in the room did not lock cause it was broken, shower head also did not work, only 1 elevator was functional, had 1 drink at the bar which costed $21, the breakfast that was included was disgusting.
