Disliked: I spent the whole day coming from cruise ports, traveling and at beach. Once i got to the room for our layover night between vacations, I wanted nothing more than to shower! Check in was at 4 and the room was not ready. (but is was very bright and clean when it was ready) It was also on 3rd floor, all stairs no elevator nor did mention of this in booking.We ran across the street to enjoy the beach and what we had left of daylight. Once we came back to room, we went to shower before going out dinner. Unfortunately our rainfall shower head fell off and hit my son because the threading was noticably stripped & previously repaired with what looked like dental floss- it was just a pole shooting high pressure water out of the wall, spraying the entire bathroom... this happened around 7pm, we notified the staff as we just got back from the beach. They asked if it could wait til morning, I replied No, as I felt gross after this long day. Told staff I was going out to dinner and how they could enter the room to fix it. We got back almost 11pm- still not fixed, not even a call/note to let me know what was going on....now with hopes someone would now come in morning like they were originally asking me to- NOPE! Joke was on me. We literally checked out at 11am with the shower not fixed...incredibly poor service & communication for pricing over 260/night!!The property had outdoor games, activities & grilling area which was nice, but we also noticed they are a VERY PET FRIENDLY location. Several people taking multiple dogs to bathroom in courtyard near activities. I would definitely suggest looking into a very specific "pet relief" area to be implemented for health and sanitary reasons. I would stay here again for another short stay.
