Clean; immaculate; professional staff; excellent restaurant; delicious food; lovely rooms and bathrooms. A quite oasis overlooking parkland in the middle of Hammersmith. Full of history.
Liked: Beautiful hotel; full of character.
Disliked: No peaceful lounge and reception should be enlarged and closed off.

Loved this hotel
Liked: Beautiful exterior with extensive history. Upon arrival to hotel we were upgraded to a junior suite, the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. The whiskey bar was very quaint, overlooking the patio and we had one of the best Old-fashioned drinks we have ever had. We will return to this hotel.
Disliked: Everything was exceptional!
