Liked: Amazing location - very big rooms
Disliked: Breakfast timing was changing every day n it was very hard to keep track what time it closes. Breakfast staff are VERY RUDE.. if you arrive few minutes after the breakfast closes, they will start removing the buffet and won’t accept to take orders. Sun rises at 8h15am n breakfast closes at 9h30!!In addition, after we stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks, we asked for a late check out till 1pm instead of 11am - they agreed but insisted on charging a fee of 20 pounds.. which we found very weird esp after staying for such a long time.. There’s no way to reach the hotel staff from the room..

Liked: Spacious room, my partner has mobility problems. It was ideal for him. And for me too. The wet room was also very Spacious.
Disliked: Slightly difficult to find as not clearly signposted. But the check in lady helped us and it was clear from then on.

Disliked: The tv i couldn't even put my netflix on as wasn't a smart tv. Very un happy with this. All hotels i have been in have smart tvs now.

Ok, would look elsewhere next...

Liked: Location was good and check in / out easy.
Disliked: No hand soap or shower gel in the room, on arrival we had no way of washing hands.No toilet brush either.Could be improved.
