Overall, a complete disappointment and...

Liked: On the positive side, the gym and swimming pool were great, but I would only recommend this hotel if you are a golf enthusiast. Otherwise, it’s a waste of money.
Disliked: The booking details stated the room had a hair dryer — it did not. When I asked for tissues at 7 PM (because housekeeping had forgotten to provide them), I was told I’d have to wait until the next morning. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming 4 stars.I had requested in advance to be placed on the top floor, and the hotel even confirmed they had received my request. However, upon check-in, the receptionist (the man with blue eyes) bluntly told me, “No, I can’t do it” without offering any solution or apology. He was unhelpful and unsupportive throughout.

Liked: Modern and convenient facilities, sadly I wasn’t there long enough to visit the spa… next time!
Disliked: Generally clean although the bathroom fan didn’t appear to kick in even after showering.

A MUST DO!!

Liked: This place was amazing! We attended due to a family member holding their wedding within this beautiful Estate and we was not disappointed. The room was exceptional (we had a suite), clean and tidy, the views were amazing, the staff were great and not to mention the facilities (Swimming pool, gym, hot tub etc) - it was such a beautiful stay, and we are definitely planning on booking again!

Liked: Stayed for a wedding on 9th August. Absolutely loved the gym and pool area. Food was delicious, rooms were of a good size. All staff kind and helpful
Disliked: A sign would have been helpful or more conversation to explain that you can order hot breakfast other than what is served in the buffet area. I overheard someone order boiled eggs, which was great as I'm fussy with scrambled eggs
