Disliked: Small room and building work occurring next door which I was not made aware of when I booked.

Liked: Great location. Clean with really nice shower.
Disliked: The clerk put us in an incorrect room at first and confused our luggage with someone else's at first. He quickly corrected his error.

Good base for exploring London.

Liked: The room was clean and there was sufficient space for our belongings. The location felt safe and the hotel was close to an Underground station. The shower was nice and there was air conditioning.
Disliked: One minor inconvenience was that we could only charge devices one at a time due to their outlet capacity. Additionally the Wifi only worked on one of our laptops, which was very strange.

Liked: Beautiful and clean hotel, staff excellent, great location for tube and Hyde Park

Liked: It was very clean. It is very important for me.The workers were very helpfull and sincere. They were very positive.Tle location was perfect. It was very close to tube and bus station. We went everywhere easily. The location was safe. It is also important for me because I stayed with my 9 years old boy alone. But nothing happened negative. The hotel location is also close to markets ( Marks Spencer) and good restaurants 5 minutes away.We reached everyrhing easily. It was a good experience for me. I stayed for about 16 days. Next year I think I will be there again
Disliked: Only thing I didn’t like that there was a construction next building. It was a little bit noisy. We didn’t stay at hotel from 8 to 10. So İt was not a big trouble for me. At weekends they didn’t work. So it didn’t cause any problem
