Comfortable stay at an immaculately...

Liked: Guy on reception was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Even made the effort to show us room options which was appreciated. The room though small was modern, had modern facilities, was immaculately clean, comfortable & had a brilliant selection of coffees/teas/water/hot chocolate etc. The bathroom/shower was again immaculately clean & had modern excellent facilities including heated flooring.
Disliked: No bar, restaurant or vending machine facilities for small snacks/soft drinks.

Good hotel in a good...

Liked: Lovely clean hotel, great location, beautiful decor and great facilities.
Disliked: Was woken up by a very loud noise at 8.30am on my final morning. Sounded like drilling or some type of renovation in the hotel or next door. A very unpleasant and disappointing ending. If the hotel or its neighbours are doing renovations, this should be mentioned upon booking with the option to cancel. My stay was specifically for the intention of relaxing and unwinding which was ruined by the extremely loud and unpleasant noise early in the morning. Apart from this it would have been a 10/10

Liked: The room smells so good and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and everything in the room is perfect.
Disliked: The internet. We got the basement level and the WiFi is horrible! When we scan the qr code it says connected but no internet. Just imagine having a horrible WiFi and you got no line as well in your room, how frustrating it is.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was absolutely spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They stored our bags for us before and after check in and always greeted us with a smile. No detail was forgotten and the location is perfect for the Piccadilly line.
Disliked: Nothing
