The location was wonderful, price was a little high, and room needed updated.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was delicious.
Disliked: There was false advertisement regarding the rooms. It said a full kitchen with microwave and we were told none of the rooms had a microwave. It was too much walking you had to do to heat your food up by having to go all the way to the front desk. Also we kept calling for extra towels because there was 4 people in the rooom. They didn’t bring extra towels until the next day and put them in front of the door across the hall on the floor! Then we got locked out of our room which I had paid for in advance because they added a convenience fee for an additional $50 and the had to like register me again. I will never stay there again!

Liked: Amazing breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and amazing laser light show. Did I mention the breakfast buffet was a dream?! I will never stay anywhere else when coming to St. Louis. Ever!

Much more wonderful experience than we expected. We came for a concert and ended up enjoying the hotel, shops, and restaurants even more. The concert became "the icing on the cake." Thanks so much for making our time in St. Louis to be so positive.

Liked: Much easier to locate than we thought.
Disliked: Our attitude before we spent the night!

We were there to celebrate our friend's birthday and everyone who we told was extremely generous in wishing her a happy birthday.

Liked: The desk clerk and person who took care of our luggage were both very friendly and helpful; the rooms were very clean and nice.
Disliked: Couldn't get to the hotel lobby because the street was blocked off, which we didn't know about. When we finally found out where to go, people there were not sure what to do. Was not a good experience! Had to walk a long way to check in and then get to our rooms. Told me that they sent an email about the changes, but I did not get one.

Very busy weekend in St. Louis with 26K marathon, and football game, and the concert we attended. We found the staff ready, willing and able to assist with any questions or requests we had. Overall a very positive stay.

Liked: Excellent service, friendly staff and clean accomodation.
Disliked: Confusing room layout.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at Doubletree Union Station! We were given a newly renovated room with a WONDERFUL view. My friend and I had a wonderful time and felt as though we were treated like royalty. For brunch we went to the restaurant located near the check in desk and left with aching ribs from all the laughter. The staff truly took care of us. I will, without a doubt, stay with Doubletree every chance I can. This truly was a visit to remember.

Liked: We had a marvelous time staying at DT Union Station. All of the staff, from the check in desk to the restaurant were exceptional in helping us.
Disliked: After returning from the concert, my roommate and I requested towels. After 1/2 hour, we once again requested towels as they had taken and not replaced ours. Though we had placed two separate calls, we did not receive any towels until the following morning, after my roommate hunted down a cleaning lady.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Michelle J, Strafford MO

Was disappointed in the hotel in general. The parking was frustrating, as I had left to go get gas, came right back and was refused entry into an empty lot due to an event the next day - so I had to park and walk a very long distance in the middle of the night alone. I was also not impressed at all with the cleanliness or helpfulness of the staff when asking them simple questions. I would expect it to be a better experience, considering I have stayed in much nicer, much less expensive places. I will never recommend or stay here again!

Liked: The cookie they gave me when I checked in was totally the best part.
Disliked: Cleanliness; unfriendly; inaccessible parking that was promised by the staff; poor shower pressure; very few outlets in room; terrible WIFI access - never worked appropriately.
