In the local area there are many scenic walks and ferries to the Isle of Arran leave from Ardrossan just a 20-minute drive away. Both the Glasgow and Prestwick airports are within a 45-minute drive of the town. Largs Railway station is directly across the road from the guest house and the ferry terminal to the Island of Cumbrae is 7 minutes' walk away.

Great location, pleasant host, great...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. A lovely fruit salad and then small scottish breakfast. All very tasty, and good quality. The location was very good, 5 min walk to the centre and beach area. The host was very accomodating.
Disliked: I guess that i did have probably the cheapest room, but it was extremely small indeed, Although I knew that I would be sharing a bathroom it felt odd in this day and age to not have every room en-suite.

Fist class Guest House .

Liked: St Leonards Guest House was first class .Keith was a outstanding host ,spotless ,sea view.and brilliant breakfast .heard about this guest house from friends frankie and Marion who highly recommended it they are regulars to St leonards.surprised us with 2 bottles of procecco Will definitely be back.

Loved our stay, would recommend...

Liked: St Leonard’s Guest House is such a quaint, homely bed and breakfast. Keith the owner made us feel very welcome and was so lovely. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed (and more) for our stay. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, you can really see how much care and love goes into this B and B and I can’t recommend it enough. If we are ever needing somewhere to stay again in Largs, we will definitely be staying at the St. Leonard’s Guest House. Thank you again Keith and family.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything to not like! The only thing was the weather as it was raining as we were leaving which was typical!

They went above and beyond...

Liked: A wide variety of choices for breakfast, particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit bowels, homemade bread and cooked breakfast
Disliked: Nothing l can think of, everything was outstanding

Superb

Liked: It was so convinient for public transport,so enabling you to get out and about and see the surroundings.
Disliked: The weather could have been better, and the traffic on the main road to the front was quite noisy and going too fast for a built-up area.
