Enjoyed overnight stay.

Liked: Cleanliness. Friendly welcome and help. Attention to detail. Fridge in room with water and fresh milk. Biscuits. Comfortable bed. Quietness even next to main road. Handy for station, shops (Morrisons just 2 minutes away). Beautiful fruit salad and yogurt at breakfast plus I had lovely scrambled egg on toast (4 half slices).
Disliked: Flight of stairs to rooms. Small sink. Orange towels (like white better).

Exceptional

Liked: Keith and his partner were brilliant. They really know how to look after their guests.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent Guesthouse

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Lovely, friendly host. Comfortable room. Handy for the centre of Largs and local shops, restaurants and the beach.
Disliked: Road noise at night(but ear plugs were provided!!)

Fantastic guesthouse

Liked: Lovely guesthouse, friendly host, good value for money. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast, plenty of choice, well cooked and good quality ingredients.
Disliked: If staying in a room at the front of the property then there is some road noise but earplugs are provided.

Liked: Beautifully presented and equipped room and facilities. Immaculately clean. Lots of extras, including kettle, fridge, tea, coffee, fresh milk, and 2 large bottles of water. 4 USB charging points.Very friendly, welcoming host who prepared and served a delicious breakfast. Continental and cooked breakfast available.Would definitely return.
Disliked: Bed mattress softer than I like and very warm under duvet although room temperature was cool.Otherwise, very comfortably prepared and wouldn't put me off returning.
