Liked: Lovely welcome from Keith our host. Rooms and facilities were immaculate and decor really Lovely. Breakfast was very good and Keith could not do enough to help you. Definitely will be back.
Disliked: Due to ill health I found the stairs to room a wee bit daunting but made it OK.

Liked: The property was very central assessable from train station. It was comfortable and clean. Manager was very helpful. Facilities in room were excellent.

Excellent Value and great service/food

Liked: Keith the Manager was a great host and was very helpful. The house is very clean and the food and service the best I have had. The only little point although minor was I had to share a toilet and shower room but this is minor and no reflection on the great value this Guest house offers. I thoroughly recommend this place
