Very welcoming host, good area...

Liked: Accommodating owner, waited 10mins after check-out time , showed us where to get tea, use of tv and wife code

Liked: Breakfast is ok and your could ask something extra as eggs prepared in real time
Disliked: maybe room conditioning & lightning system (in some rooms) could be better .... but details
