Disappointing

Liked: The looks of the building and history
Disliked: No little refrigerator, no handicap parking, no shower water pressure, water to soft, no breakfast included for what the cost of staying, not enough extras for 4 people staying,(coffee, waters,shampoo ect)didn't get the room i booked(wanted room with jet tub didn't get)lots of dust in hallway decorations, no handicap entrance (steps from parking lot into main building in back)bathroom really small no room for my toiletries on sink,entrance could use brighter paint so we could tell it was the entrance before we got right up to the door

Disappointing

Disliked: I believe the room we got was set aside for booking agencies, because I felt it was below standards. No pictures on the walls. A narrow bed. The shower curtain was all rust along the bottom. Door was hard to shut. Maya was not overly welcoming. I passed by the front desk 4 times only to see her face glued to her cell phone. I believe I was a victim of price gouging for this River City Days weekend. We were very disappointed.

Would come back but not...

Liked: Very good, love the patio restaurant
Disliked: Enjoyed the Port bar . Staff and drink very good. Had dinner reservation. Two other tables occupied. Server gave us drink menu , after 15 minutes waiting for server, we left. Disappointing.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Liked: Perfect location for walking to shops and along the river. Super comfy beds and spacious rooms. The Port was the highlight. Delicious cocktails and welcoming staff.

Great facility, staff needs direction...

Disliked: I went to the front desk, and nobody was there, it happened 2 mornings in a row, the morning I came to check out, not a sole in sight? After 12 minutes I left the key on top of the computer keyboard.
