Liked: The service was very professional and fast response, shout out to the front desk clerk on saturday morning that helped me, she did amazing! The room was beautiful and clean, we had all the extras we needed for our 2 nights stay. Thank you for that.
Disliked: Personally, i will not recommend this place for a couple of reasons ...- Check in was very confusing for me, since there is 4 doors in front of the building, i had to call but you guys did answer quickly, thanks for that.- I was searching for a place to relax for the weekend. As a 24 weeks pregnant woman, i was looking forward to enjoy the spa bath with relaxation and peace. It wasn't at all what i was expecting, based on your booking information.- As someone who's not from moncton , and who's been to a couple hotels around town( crown, delta, ect..) i was very very disappointed for the noise and the traffic, room 200-01 is right at front of the building, friday night had music coming from the bar until 12, and lots of people screaming at the street and we heard everything in our room, the "in and outs" and the people at the door was really noisy and i really didn't have a good quality sleep. Saturday night was the same, but without the music from the bar, and it was up till 3 am.. The price i paid for this booking was not worth it at all, as i expected much better quality in that way. The " complimentary earplugs" were no good.- I wish i would have known before booking for the traffic and the noises, if i did i wouldn't have chosen your hotel.- maybe for your future guests, i suggest you lower your prices or maybe add more to your amenities (free breakfast, free parking, ect..) to avoid future complaints. I would still like to thank you for the "heads up" about the no wheelchair access, but i did have to walk a long way from the parking lot, it was a little inconvenient with my bags and personal luggage.

Disliked: I arrive at the property and everything was locked , the restaurant that i was supposed to go in to get my keys was closed and nobody was around, after staying outside for 30 minutes on the phone i had to go to another location

Liked: No breakfast, there was a common area before that had coffee water ice toast bagels cereal bars but not now with bower, we kinda miss this. We were frequently using this place before. I even had a set rate per night. Still we will continue to book.
