Liked: Very central, good car parking facility. Only had breakfast but that was very good. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff
Disliked: We were put in the Georgian wing which is on the ground floor, facing the road. We thought wonderful, no stairs or lifts to navigate. Downside, constant road noise, particularly on Saturday night, people walking past right outside the window, talking loudly and cars parking. Early morning traffic, like 5 o’clock, delivering to the market. We did tell the staff at the end of the stay.

Liked: Brilliant location in the heart of the city of Norwich. The historic & beautiful 19th century building was amazing. The staff were first rate & the cocktails we had were meticulous & expertly prepared. Breakfast was lovely & great value for money. The car park was also most welcome.
Disliked: The room was a little tired but obviously a work in progress.

Great location for a city...

Liked: Great central location. Walking distance of all main attractions.Staff were attentive, professional and helpful.
Disliked: £10 per night charge for parking is unfair considering the price per night for just a room. I feel free parking should have been included.Bathroom was a little tired too.

Disliked: Finding Pottergate for parking was stressful. It would help to have more detailed instructions, ie access via Willow Road
