Liked: Booked a single and room was actually a small double which was a nice surprise! Very clean, comfortable and easy to check in/out.
Disliked: The neighbours were a bit noisy, but I did hear the night porter tell them to be quiet so it was good to know they dealt with issues quickly (and I didn't need to call them about this)

Good location room facilities very...

Liked: Location , close to lots of cafes and transport
Disliked: Had to move upstairs as a loud noise continued through the night and new room had the bathroom as a separate room, along a corridor and up a short flight of steps !

Not bad for the money...

Liked: * Great Location * Good value for money * Staff was friendly and helpful, Thank you to the lady at the reception. * Bed was comfortable * Thank you for letting me checkout slightly late
Disliked: * Carpets needs a clean I think * rooms are pretty small not enough space to open suitcases , but if you go cheap cant complain :)

Superb

Liked: Initially given a room on the 4th floor, steep narrow stairs, My wife struggles with stairs and although they couldn't move us on the first night we were moved to a first floor room the following morning with no quibbles.

Passable

Disliked: Photographic ID is required on check in. This was far down the small print.
