Bad
Liked: The location wasn't far from London Victoria Station so cheap for Ubers and easy on Underground
Disliked: *The pictures of the rooms are nothing like the room we received. ( Room 114 in check in building as it's spilt over two buildings) I imagine that photoed rooms are in the newer addition to the hotel.*The room was disgusting. The floor looked as if dogs had scratched and ripped it up, the smell of old cigarettes and Indian food, the light bulb literally fell out the ceiling light onto the bed as we walked in, 90% of light and electrical fixtures were hanging off the wall showing wires, the fan that was provided in the cupboard was broken so had to be used with open blades and no cover and top it off it was the top floor and the hottest place over ever started in my life and we've holidayed in Costa Rica ! *Hideous, hideous place and I often ignore reviews and solely just book on price and location but NO AMOUNT OF LOCATION would make me stay here. The worst nights sleep ever, itching all over from the bed, terrified to touch or turn in any lights and just an absolute s**thole of a place. Receptionist who checked us in disappeared so no way to contact, didn't answer number printed on window and at checkout there was a badly written note saying "put key in box* most likely as they knew they would be bombarded by complaints. Please from someone who stays in terrible places this is beyond terrible, don't do it to yourself and we only stayed a few hours between the concert and it was horrendous.

Comfy bed
Liked: We booked this property for a concert at Wembley. They have two buildings close to each other. We did the check-in in the main building and the room was in the other building, in the basement. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom, but we weren’t really bothered by that. Clean sheets and towels. Friendly staff.

Dated, dirty but great location...
Liked: The whole hotel is extremely dated, there was a leak before we arrived so they “re-tiled” the shower which was a botch job to say the least. The carpet was sticky, none of the over bed lamps worked, the bathroom had ants and the shower was full of dead flies in the morning. It was not the cheapest i could have booked but not the dearest so i should’ve known better, however the pictures must have been from other rooms than we stayed in. But the bedding looked clean and there was a much needed fan on the desk. The staff were lovely and tried their best. I wouldn’t recommend staying here but it done it’s job for us for two nights. The location is hreat just a 12 minute walk away from the victoria stations also.
Disliked: It was dated and dirty

Decent value for money in...
Liked: Bed was comfy and the location and price were both decent.
Disliked: Could do with refurbishing as the hallways felt dated. There also wasn’t a door for my en suite either.
