Great location, decent if small...

Liked: The location was excellent and the single room, although small, was clean and had basic facilities (shower, coffee/tea facilities).
Disliked: There was no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year so far. The room was on the fourth floor with no lift-not a problem for me but it’s not for people with mobility issues.

Liked: The location was absolutely fantastic. A very quiet area, with cafés and supermarkets close by, metro and bus stations too. You could get everywhere from there! The location made it worth every £ spent!
Disliked: The room is quite small, just for sleeping and personal hygiene. It also needed air conditioning and it was not possible to open the windows.Personally, it also bothered me a little that I didn't see or contact any of the hotel staff directly. When we arrived on Tuesday night, reception was already closed and we did a self check-in, and on Sunday when we left, reception was also closed and we left the key in a box at reception. Everything else was dealt with / discussed via booking.

A great place to stay.

Liked: Centre, clean and quiet.
Disliked: We were on the top floor, which was lovely but no lift so a real trek up.

Disliked: The window was not able to open. Too hot on the stairs and in the room

Nice basic stay

Liked: Our second stay here, great value for a weekend in London. Love the location as its only 20 minute walk away from central London and places to have breakfast and dinner just around the corner. We will probably choose here again.Clean room and bathroom, with toiletries provided
Disliked: Pillows are very thin and no spares kept at all - would be nice to have the option for a second pillow each

Liked: hotel situation is not bad
Disliked: One bag of our luggage was stolen when we left in reception under the custody of the hotel. The hotel did not take any responsibility.
