Liked: The location is great. Near Pimlico station.
Disliked: Some furnitures has to be changed. They are damaged. The mattress In the room and the shower in the bathroom. Cups for tea was provided for 1 person only.

We feel cheated and disrespected......

Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: While the hotel staff's demeanor left much to be desired, it was a challenging experience all around. Upon arrival, they assigned us a room on the top floor. I explained my breathing difficulties and that I use two inhalers, so navigating steep stairs was daunting for me. The staff member insisted this was the only available room. I attempted to ascend but made it only to the second floor before my breathing became labored. I turned to my wife and said I couldn't continue; I was struggling and had to use my inhaler.When I approached the reception desk, the staff member informed me there were no alternative rooms and that I had no choice but to take the one assigned. I showed him information from two different websites indicating availability, but he dismissed my concerns. I expressed that these stairs posed a serious risk to my health and reiterated my need for a room on a lower floor. Unfortunately, he laughed and talked over us, showing little empathy for my situation. I even requested a twin room on a different floor, but he remained unhelpful.Eventually, I decided to find another hotel, which took time and ended up being more expensive. When I reached out to the original hotel to explain the situation, they accused us of being rude. This was disheartening, as I was merely out of breath and worried we might get stranded in London. They concluded their message by stating they wouldn't issue a refund for same-day cancellations. However, we didn’t cancel; we simply couldn't access our room. I hope Booking.com can assist us in resolving this matter because we felt mistreated and disrespected, especially considering their dismissive attitude towards my breathing condition. Their response even ended with a smile emoji, which felt quite inappropriate given the circumstances.We never stayed there never cancelled they didnt have a room on a lower floor not the top.... there message to us said we cancelled ..

Disappointing

Good value for a small...

Liked: Good location with a Tesco nearby and on bus route. Good value for a room with own bathroom in good location
Disliked: I would have liked one more pillow and for the bedside light to have worked

The hotel was cheap and...

Liked: Location was a 5 minute walk from the tube. Cheap hotel.
Disliked: Decor is very dated. Beds quite uncomfortable. Mold in bathroom. Lots of steep stairs to the room.

I personally wouldn’t recommend it...

A good enough hotel for...

Liked: - the location- totally good enough for a short stay- opportunity to leave your luggage at the reception
Disliked: - it could’ve been a little bit more tidier- unfortunately no changing of the towels or the bedding during my stay
