Exceptional

Fairly ok, but not brilliant

Liked: The location was excellent. The breakfast was decent. 1 criticism would be no hotel parking facilities
Disliked: No secure car parking

Horrendous

Disliked: Me and my elderly dad stayed for a night for my 50th birthday, we had an evening meal and breakfast, on comming home were were very sick and found out we had got food poisoning from the hotel which made my dads health deteriorate , the hotel ignored my messages and I asked for a refund which they refused, the general manager was very rude , do not go to this hotel it’s terrible

Liked: Room was tired and needed freshening up decor wise
Disliked: Just felt it was ready for an update in many areas.

Excellent base for my Great...

Liked: All good.A great location for a very good hotel.
Disliked: Couldn't get subtitles on the TV, but that doesn't matter for a one night stay. Or if you aren't deaf!Parking also a slight issue but again that doesn't matter for one night, or if you don't come by car!

Fabulous hotel on the beachfront

Liked: Perfect location central to shops, restaurants etc. Short walk to the pier right on the beachfront. The hotel was lovely and clean and the room was spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good choice and was very tasty.
Disliked: There were very few car parking spaces in the car park, however it was helpful that you could ask the staff if there were any spaces and they could let you know. There were often spaces on the street outside which are free in the evening right through until the morning.
