Liked: .Great location on the seafront. Comfortable beds and rooms. Good breakfast and meals in the bar area. Friendly staff always make it a pleasant experience.

Excellent stay that we have...

Liked: We stayed in room 104. It was clean, airy and light and was just what we wanted for an overnight stay to watch a show. Every member of staff that we came into contact with were so helpful, polite and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.We did not have an evening meal but we will defiantly try the restaurant on our next visit if breakfast was anything to go by. Breakfast was presented well and plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were cheery and welcoming.
Disliked: Our only issue was that the jets didn't work in the bath and we forgot to mention it on leaving but it really did not matter and I am certain this would have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Disappointing

Liked: The area is good.
Disliked: Room 103 not very upto date no usb points no fridge, poor drink like no english teabags silly green and strawberry type drinks,breakfast very basic, no bread just silly little rolls...wake up.You was only interested in me up dating my room by sending alot of emails shouldn't have to pay extra for comfort. I was I ireland three weeks ago for three nights and and paid alot less than your rates and had glorious rooms.

Lovely stay

Liked: Hotel was lovely and the staff couldn't do enough for you.There was one bar staff that was a bit rude, but once he realised we were residents and what room we had, he was nice.

Very poor

Disliked: The room was very basic for the price. A rat or mouse came into the room and woke me . I did not get much sleep at all and I had a long journey the following day. I did not find the tea tray until later so ordered room service. I did not like all the hassle of constant emails , codes, check in procedureconstant hassle over a one night stay, should be much easier . I have stayed with you in the past without all this hassle. Breakfast was no better than premier inn or other basic suppliers. I was disappointed and did not get any help from the desk. Also you put us in room 101, which your staff pointed out was a room where things /people are dumped on the radio. I had a committment to the Georges but it has taken me several days to get over staying with you.
