Disliked: The noise from a wedding was loud, I think guests who weren?t attending the wedding should have been put in another part of the hotel away from the night life.

Rooms on need of updating.

In all a good seaside...

Liked: For me, this has been one of my most enjoyable of hotel experiences. It is a large place that, nevertheless, with its confident and competent staff seemed to be both homely and relaxed. It is worth noting, which I suspect is true of all the hotels along Llandudno esplanade, that hotel car parking space is very limited. However the on-street parking at the front and on the side of the hotel allows for free parking from 4 o'clock pm to 10 o'clock am (overnight) and, otherwise, the daily rate is a modest 3.50. JCGH

Staff & food fantastic, but...

Liked: We loved the ambiance & the location
Disliked: We stayed in room 107, very small & pokey. Our view was looking over a flat roof covered in seagull faeces. Also, no hot water on our 1st night nor next morning, so couldnt shower. We reported this on 1st night and no-one came to check until the following morning after we had gone for breakfast. On checking out, the receptionist told us she had reserved us another room?.. BUT no-one told us this ! She did however give us 10% reduction on our bill, but this didnt really make up for the inconvenience. It certainly wasn?t 4* quality.
