Liked: Amazing room much bigger than expected, tv in the bath so the missus was over the moon. Loads of buttons to control everything as well so that kept her amused also and as an added bonus you can adjust lighting which is fantastic if you have romantic intentions!Fridge for my beer and generally a great place. Location was fantastic for the Ovo arena or to head into central London. We will be using again as a base to explore more of London.

Disliked: On arrival we found there wasn’t any toilet roll in the bathroom. This was rectified while we were out for the evening, but disappointing for a room that was meant to be ready.In the morning we noticed that while there was tea/coffee facilities, there were no spoons.The cups were also very small, ok for an espresso but not great for tea.The bottom sheet on the bed was very thin, stains could be seen on the mattress through the sheet.One bed side lamp had a bulb out.While not unpleasant, the hotel and room looked a little tired, attention to detail was poor. All the above was pointed out on check out, but met with nothing other than ‘oh, sorry’.We would stay elsewhere if visiting Wembley in the future unfortunately.
