Great stay

Liked: We had a last minute hotel stay as the kids were wet and dirty from the beach and I didnt fancy driving home that evening. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay great. we didn't have a plug for our charger so they lent us one my partner is a duvet hog, so I asked for an extra single duvet nothing was too much trouble. Free parking outside too which was great. We all slept well and and would stay again. Extremely polite staff and very welcoming (:
Disliked: The building is dated but its going to be for the price.

Disliked: The double bed was on the floor not on any legs or wheels the plastic headboard was broken with some missing bits the bedding was round the wrong way open end at the top of the bed

Liked: Family room was very nice had fridge to keep our drinks in and bed was very confortable and location very good
Disliked: No heating and breakfast was just toast no jam etc and no co co pops for the children no juice or tea and coffee I asked a member of staff could I have couple saschets of coffee and milk and she said no I said I have a autistic lad needs his morning routine double room also booked very tiny
