Disappointing afte many years of...

Liked: The buffet breakfast was lukewarm and the bacon was all overcooked and hard
Disliked: Basics only in the bedroom despite being upgraded. No biscuits for coffee or tea in the room. Tiny bath no good for disabled. No non slip mat despite shower being at the back of the bath, unable to use at all

Perfect hotel for London visit

Liked: Friendly helpful staff.Did not have breakfast in the hotel. Room was small for the price but very comfortable.Location magnificent easy access to tube and central London
Disliked: Can’t fault staff or service. Only complaint was the price although the situation was perfect
