Liked: Attentive and pleasant staff.Proximity to a tube station.
Disliked: Having to pay an enormous premium for the marathon day when I had booked for six nights, was not alerted to the marathon being conducted during my stay nor the impact it would have on your location and your service, and the presence of the marathoners was a detriment, rather than an improvement, to my hotel experience.

Liked: Room and location excellent. Every member of staff was polite courteous and extremely helpful . I would definitely return also investigate other hotels in the chain. My wife and I were given a special gift as it was our wedding anniversary
Disliked: Slightly expensive but accept that the location was second to none and it was London

Liked: Loved the happy hour in the lovely reception, great idea to use the space, it was very lively.Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was devine!
Disliked: Requested cot bed but was not set up in the room. Receptionist helped us swiftly :) I would not recommend cot bet in a Executed Larger guest room, it really does not leave room to move around the room :(
